What-Went-Well: Day 3

What-went-well exercise:

Every night for the next week, set aside ten minutes before you go to sleep.

Write down three things that went well today and why they went well.

  1. I enjoyed the suflowers when biking back from work
    1. The farmer who planted them took great care of them, which ensured that I can enjoy them when I bike back
  2. I cooked my first meal outside on a gas burner, to try out camping and it was really fun to do.
    1. I was encouraged to try it out and instead of eating bread when I came home because I was so hungry, I still took the time to prepare a meal for myself and cook it outside.
  3. I moved the trailer to another parkingspot using just my own strength
    1. Instead of asking someone else to move it with me, I tried it on my own and was actually capable of moving it to a different spot which felt great.

Again there were a lot of times during the day today when I thought about this exercise. Still I had difficulties coming up with three points today. Now I feel good about the three I chose and can go to bed at ease. Good night, sleep tight 🙂
